Collection: Process Station Gas Cylinder Racks
Karan and Associates Process Station Gas Cylinder Racks are designed for facilities that require both secure cylinder storage and integrated control mounting in one consolidated unit. These stands combine heavy-duty cylinder restraint with an elevated mounting panel for regulators, manifolds, cross-over devices, and flow meters.
Built from 2" x 2" structural steel tubing and 11-gauge steel plate, each process station features fully welded construction for structural integrity and long service life. Cylinders up to 12" diameter are secured using 1.5" polypropylene straps with cinch buckles, with optional chain sets available for additional restraint.
Integrated Control Mounting Panel
The defining feature of a process station is its elevated steel mounting panel, positioned above the cylinders to allow secure installation of gas controls and distribution equipment. This design supports clean, organized gas delivery systems while reducing clutter and improving safety.
Configuration Options
- Single-row (1x) configurations
- Two-wide (2x) configurations
- Compact vertical footprints for limited floor space
- Barricade-style process stations for enhanced perimeter protection
Whether supporting a single cylinder with control equipment or multiple cylinders in a distribution setup, Karan and Associates process stations provide a stable, professional-grade solution.
