Karan and Associates Gas Cylinder Pallets provide a secure, transport-ready solution for storing and moving compressed gas cylinders in industrial, laboratory, manufacturing, and healthcare environments. Designed for forklift handling and bulk cylinder management, these pallets combine heavy-duty construction with practical loading features to improve safety and efficiency.

Each pallet is fabricated from 2" x 2" structural steel tubing and 11-gauge steel plate, then finished with a durable powder-coated coating for corrosion resistance and long service life. Cylinders are secured using polypropylene straps with cinch buckles, with optional chain sets available for additional restraint.

Forklift-Ready Design

All models feature integrated forklift channels measuring approximately 4-1/4" x 7-3/4", allowing two-way access from the front or back. The platform sits 4-1/4" above ground for stable transport while maintaining a low center of gravity.
